In short, this means that if you break any of your Abraxian accessories we will replace them for you, for free (including shipping costs). The parts included in this legacy promise are the cone piece, the down stem and the heat wand.
To receive your replacement part(s) simply take a clear photograph of the broken part(s) and send the pictures to legacy@abraxian.com.
