Delivery Policy

UK Delivery: Free Postage
Overseas Delivery: £14.99

Deliveries will only be made once payment has been received.

The Atlas and The Gaia are individually handcrafted so please allow up to 14 working days to receive these items. For all other items, orders placed by 12:00pm will be dispatched that day. For UK deliveries, please allow up to 5 working days for your Abraxian piece to arrive (14 working days for The Atlas and The Gaia), we aim for next day despatch however due to a high volume of orders from time to time this is not possible.

For destinations outside the UK, delivery will take anywhere between 5-14 days, depending on the country selected - we will advise you on your order confirmation email when you should expect to receive your item(s).

Returns Policy

Any returns of either unwanted, damaged or faulty goods must be confirmed by email. Any goods sent back without prior consent from will be returned to you at your own cost. If an item used when it is returned to us the item will be disposed of and you will not be reimbursed.

Abraxian Glassware offers a fourteen-day return policy for all our products. If you would like to return your order, you must notify us within fourteen days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition and are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We will not accept any extra charges for courier services or customs.

We accept no responsibility for shipments confiscated by customs. We do not refund for the postage cost of returns, unless you are returning a faulty product, an error was made by us or a damaged product was received.

- Unwanted Items

If you would like to return your items and receive a refund, you will need to notify us within fourteen days of placing the order. Items returned to us must be in a new and unused condition and you will be held responsible for the return postage costs of the goods.

- Damaged Items

If you receive an Abraxian product from us that has been smashed or damaged during transit then you will need to contact us using our online contact form within 48 hours of signing for the parcel, package or packet. You will also find this information on our transactional email and returns.

You will need to email us with a clear picture of the damaged product and quote your order number. Once we have received the pictures and our team has examined them we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you. You may be required to send the item back to us. We will refund the return postage costs. Please fully inspect your item before use as items will not be replaced or refunded after use.

- Defective Items

If you experience a fault with one of our products, please contact our customer service team. They will first try to troubleshoot the issue with you. If the issue remains unresolved an RMA will be requested on your behalf and we will either arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you or a full refund will be given.

All goods on our website are described as accurately as possible. Occasionally, there may be inaccuracies or typographical errors. Abraxian reserves the right to correct, amend or improve any information on this site. We also reserve the right to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any goods or range of goods.

In the rare event that a product you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable for some other reason, we will contact you and suggest an alternative product or a refund. If you wish, you may opt to wait until the product becomes available and we will dispatch it as soon as possible.

All goods are sold for legal uses only.


All prices on Abraxian are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (20% at the time of writing). Abraxian reserves the right to change any prices displayed on the site without prior notice. Abraxian reserves the right to cancel an order if goods have been displayed with the incorrect price due to typographical error, or for any other reason.


Abraxian accepts credit and debit cards.

Credit and debit cards accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. Payment is taken before goods are dispatched. This is the fastest method of payment and delivery of goods can be expected soon after.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Abraxian reserves the right to amend any details of our Terms and Conditions when necessary and without prior notice. Nothing in this document affects your statutory rights as a consumer.


By accepting these terms and conditions, you are agreeing to fully indemnify Abraxian and its affiliates from and against all liabilities, claims, actions, expenses or costs made by any third party due to or arising from the use or the misuse of this site or due to your breach of these terms or due to your breach of any rights of a third party.

You may wish to receive news from us by email about our latest products or about special offers. All personal information is stored off-line in our computer records, accessible only to those with highest authority and relevant passwords.

According to the Data Protection Act, a user has the right to see personal information stored by us. A written request must be made for this.

Sharing Information

We will never share, lend or sell your personal information to third parties. Your personal information will never be entered into a mailing list, except if you opt for news updates from Abraxian. Communication in this case will be by email only and your email address will never be passed on to any third party.

Credit Cards & Security

All credit card details are encrypted and protected using industry standard SSL security. When using a web browser you will notice that when you are on a secure page, the "locked" icon will appear in the address bar. This will appear on pages such as the Order Form.

If there is a breach of security that cannot be attributed in any way to negligence or deliberate misuse on the part of or our affiliates, we cannot be held responsible.

IP Address

Your IP address – Internet Protocol address - is automatically logged by our servers when you visit our site. This is normal for all e-commerce websites. IP addresses are used to collect traffic data about users and visitors to our site.

Notification of changes

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy in any way that might affect the use your personal information, you will be notified by email before any such changes are made.


Due to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) changes being introduced as of May 25th 2018, we'd like to clarify what we do with your data: we do NOT share your data with anyone; we only use it to process your orders, send important information about your orders and account, and to make sure we're providing you with great customer service.
